Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the completion of a five-year lease agreement for a 10,081-square-foot industrial condominium unit at 10 Clifton Blvd. in Clifton, N.J.'s Clifton Technology Center. The property is within close proximity to Interstate 80, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 3, 21 and 46. The tenant was attracted by the landlord's reputation for renovating older industrial buildings and by the property's convenient location near most Northern New Jersey highways. Its amenities include multi-tailboard loading, 13- to 30-foot ceilings and ample parking, along with city water, sewer and gas utilities.
