KISLAK REPORTS STRONG MULTIFAMILY SALES
$13.7 Million throughout Northern New Jersey

The separate transactions include a total of 182 residential units valued at $13,700,000 and demonstrate the continued strength of the multifamily real estate market throughout New Jersey, especially in the northern part of the state.

The transactions follow Kislak's recent announcement of the company's number one ranking as the leading multifamily listing and selling brokerage firm throughout New Jersey based on 2009 sales.

• The $3,600,000 sale of two apartment buildings with a total of 64 units on Glenwood Avenue and Washington Street in East Orange. Vice president Joni Sweetwood represented both parties in the transaction.

• The $2,000,000 sale of a 27-unit apartment building on Morris Avenue in Elizabeth. Joni Sweetwood and sales associate Scott Davidovic represented the seller and vice president Jeffrey Squires represented the buyer in the transaction.

• The $1,800,000 sale of a 12-unit apartment building on McBride Avenue in West Paterson. Vice president Robert Squires represented both parties in the transaction.

• The $1,600,000 sale of a 14-unit apartment building on West Englewood Avenue in Englewood. Vice presidents Don Baxter and Jonathan Greenberg represented both parties in the transaction.

• The $1,350,000 sale of a 19-unit apartment building on Sayre Street in Elizabeth. Jeffrey Squires represented both parties in the transaction.

• The $1,300,000 sale of two apartment buildings with a total of 20 units on Broadway and Palisade Avenue in Union City. Don Baxter and Jonathan Greenberg represented both parties in the separate transactions.

• The $1,050,000 sale of a mixed use property with 12 apartments and 2 retail spaces on Sixth Avenue in Clifton. Jonathan Greenberg represented both parties in the transaction.

• The $1,000,000 sale a 14-unit apartment building on West Elizabeth Avenue in Linden. Jeffrey Squires represented both parties in the transaction.
